The Talent Acquisition Intern supports full-cycle recruitment efforts across DrFirst, focusing on candidate sourcing, resume review, and talent pipeline development. This role provides hands-on experience in the recruiting lifecycle at a mission-driven healthcare technology company and contributes to shaping how DrFirst attracts talent in an AI-first era. The intern will use Claude, DrFirst's enterprise AI platform, daily for sourcing, drafting outreach, summarizing resumes, and building automation workflows. They will partner with an experienced recruiter to source passive candidates, evaluate applications, coordinate interviews, and build automation workflows to enhance the talent acquisition function. This is a highly visible role impacting hiring across engineering, product, operations, sales, and clinical functions.
