The program aims to build skills, provide challenging assignments, and prepare interns for a full-time role in a leadership development program after graduation. It's a paid, on-site internship with a Monday – Friday schedule of 40 hours per week. Interns will apply classroom lessons in a real-world setting, learning about Linde's products, processes, and functions. Participants will receive a work assignment in the engineering group, working under the guidance of a mentor, and are expected to complete a well-defined, key project by the end of their internship. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be a valued team member, supporting operations by participating in projects and activities organized by the Talent Acquisition department, focusing on business needs and objectives.
