About The Position

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. offers a Summer Internship Program designed for innovative, flexible, committed, mobile, ambitious, and determined individuals. The program aims to build skills, provide challenging assignments, and prepare interns for a full-time role in a leadership development program after graduation. It's a paid, on-site internship with a Monday – Friday schedule of 40 hours per week. Interns will apply classroom lessons in a real-world setting, learning about Linde's products, processes, and functions. Participants will receive a work assignment in the engineering group, working under the guidance of a mentor, and are expected to complete a well-defined, key project by the end of their internship. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be a valued team member, supporting operations by participating in projects and activities organized by the Talent Acquisition department, focusing on business needs and objectives.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business
Ability to demonstrate past leadership in school, internship or sporting activities

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience through at least one, relevant, off-campus internship or co-op is preferred

Responsibilities

Participating in projects and activities organized by our talent Acquisition department that will focus on business needs and objectives
Completing a well-defined, key project by the end of their internship
