The Talent Acquisition Operations Intern will support the Talent Acquisition and Operational Excellence teams in improving recruiting processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities. This role will focus on operational improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled tools, CRM optimization, data cleanup, and analytics to support more efficient hiring operations across the organization. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with recruiting technology platforms, including Phenom CRM, while contributing to projects that enhance recruiting workflows, reporting, and decision-making.
