About The Position

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Global Process Excellence Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive process adherence by conducting reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting corrective actions that strengthen operational consistency. Analyze workforce and process data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate global and regional best practice forums that promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement. Support process excellence initiatives by contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects that enhance team performance. Validate system enhancements through testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver intended outcomes. Prepare and communicate reports that provide visibility into team activities, performance metrics, and key improvement opportunities. Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition process standards and problem-solving documentation to ensure accuracy and organizational alignment. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve challenges, and support the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
