Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across Talent Acquisition by optimizing processes, governance, and service delivery outcomes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, compliance, and scalability across recruiting operations.
- Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and external providers to strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities and support strategic priorities.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics that enable data-driven decisions and measurable business impact.
- Champion innovative solutions and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and operational performance.
- Guide cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives on time and within scope.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, best practice adoption, and continuous learning across Talent Acquisition teams.
- Enhance hiring manager, candidate, and Talent Acquisition team experiences through process improvements that increase effectiveness and satisfaction.
