About The Position

Benesch is seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support campus recruiting and early-career hiring. The role connects the firm with colleges and universities, coordinates campus recruiting events, and helps the Talent Acquisition team deliver positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams. Recruiting experience is not required; customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are valued. Occasional travel to college campuses and recruiting events may be required. The expected compensation range is $25–$28 per hour. Final compensation depends on factors including education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location. The total annual compensation package includes base salary, overtime, and bonuses. Benesch’s benefits package includes paid leave and holidays, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability plans, a 401(k) plan, and profit-sharing contributions. Benefit-eligible employees may receive retirement contributions of up to 9%, paid time off, and parental leave.
