About The Position

The primary responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator is to coordinate the Division’s recruitment process and oversee the current recruitment and interview process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator would manage the current ATS system, Recruiting Gateway, including the posting of jobs, updating job descriptions, and closing jobs.

Requirements

  • AA degree preferred Bachelor of Arts in business plus
  • 2 years minimum recruiting experience
  • Class C Driver’s License
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, Power Point, Publisher, Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills.
  • Excellent computer and application systems skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Analytical and Strategic thinker.
  • On-time regular attendance is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Run monthly reports of open positions and work with locations to close filled, canceled, or inactive requisitions.
  • Work with Corps Officers and Program directors and managers directly to determine current and future staffing needs.
  • Maintain applicant date base “Recruiting Gateway” ensuring postings are fresh, closed out and all applicants have dispositions selected once candidate has accepted position.
  • Post all open positions within the Division timely on appropriate job sites internally and externally.
  • Processing of volunteer’s backgrounds along with HR Admin Assistant.
  • Review and update current position descriptions, ensuing clarity position and essential functions are clearly defined.
  • Review resumes and qualifications aligning candidates with staffing needs and objectives.
  • Pre-Screen applicants when needed by the Division.
  • Assist the Administrative Assistant with preparing and sending New Hire Orientation communications and coordinating orientation logistics.
  • Provide break and lunch coverage for the Administrative Assistant as needed.
  • Drafts and sends letters and all pre-hiring documents for candidates.
  • Run Qt. reports on recruitment actives, and divisional employee turnover.
  • Responsible for training calendar, upkeep and announcements to division.
  • Conduct training of ATS system throughout the division.
  • Assign training logins for eLearning and Pryor Solutions.
  • Monitor and track all training activities within the division act as moderator for training as needed.
  • Monitor all incoming mail ensure proper handling.
  • Maintain mandatory employee postings for DHQ.
  • Complete all requests for verification of employment.
  • Respond to all unemployment claims.
  • On-time regular attendance is a must.
  • Other Duties as assigned by Divisional Director of Human Resources and Senior HR Generalist.
