About The Position

At Bloom, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the insurance industry through innovation and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to assist in delivering the headcount required to staff our peak season operations. This position serves as a resource for the centralized talent acquisition team by supporting candidate generation, development of candidate pipelines, resume review, candidate interviewing, and extending offers. The primary focus is on high volume, non-exempt, licensed or unlicensed call center positions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • 1+ years of call center or high-volume recruiting experience
  • 1+ years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy with a proactive attitude
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to multi-task and take on large volumes of open positions and pivot, as needed
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource to the centralized recruiting team by creating and executing sourcing strategies to fuel the candidate pipeline for Call Center positions.
  • Review resumes and interview qualified candidates to determine if they are the best fit for the open position they are interviewing for.
  • Create and send offer letters and confirmation statements to new hires and internal employees.
  • Schedule bilingual assessments with our TransPerfect third party vendor and monitor completion and assessment scores.
  • Communicate opportunity for Licensed Health Plan Advisor Trainees to transition into the Health Plan Advocate role if they do not pass their licensing exam and assist with ensuring they understand the role.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking system for each requisition, application, and candidate.
  • Ensure candidates move through the recruiting workflow process in a timely manner.
  • Field and resolve questions and issues that arise from candidates throughout the recruiting and interview process.
  • Use sourcing tools to proactively communicate with passive talent.
  • Ensure all candidates have successfully completed application and other requirements needed to move to the applicable next step in the process.
  • Meet daily staffing and reporting goals.
  • Handle and organize confidential information.
  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling needs.
  • Once the candidates offer is accepted, seamlessly hand-off the new hire to the Onboarding team so there are no gaps in the process.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
