This role serves as the operational backbone of the talent acquisition function, coordinating pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, onboarding documentation, and new hire readiness, while also supporting interview scheduling, candidate communications, reporting, and broader recruiting administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
