About The Position

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator leads full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, driving hiring results that strengthen organizational culture and support business goals. This role plays a key part in building diverse talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring compliant, efficient recruiting operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred; manufacturing a plus)
Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, compliance, and ATS systems
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Nice To Haves

PHR or SHRM-CP certification
HR or business-related education
Manufacturing environment experience
Spanish proficiency (reading/writing)

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, and offer) for hourly positions
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, sourcing, and industry outreach
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
Support internal candidates and provide career guidance
Ensure a positive, consistent candidate and onboarding experience
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
Utilize and support ATS systems, including training stakeholders
Identify process improvements and solve recruiting challenges proactively
Support onboarding (NEO) and pre-employment processes with vendors
