About The Position

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator leads full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, driving hiring results that strengthen organizational culture and support business goals. This role plays a key part in building diverse talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring compliant, efficient recruiting operations. Gehl Foods is a fast-growing food and beverage manufacturer, known for ready-to-serve products like nacho cheese and protein shakes—no refrigeration needed! We lead with safety, quality, and teamwork in everything we do.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (full-cycle preferred; manufacturing a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, compliance, and ATS systems
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • HR or business-related education
  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Spanish proficiency (reading/writing)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (source, screen, interview, and offer) for hourly positions
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through networking, sourcing, and industry outreach
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Support internal candidates and provide career guidance
  • Ensure a positive, consistent candidate and onboarding experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet staffing needs
  • Utilize and support ATS systems, including training stakeholders
  • Identify process improvements and solve recruiting challenges proactively
  • Support onboarding (NEO) and pre-employment processes with vendors
