About The Position

Under the leadership of the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Consultant provides staffing services to Parkview Health. The role delivers high-quality candidates through innovative recruitment strategies and guides candidates and hiring managers through Parkview’s interview and selection process. The position performs professional and administrative functions supporting full-lifecycle recruiting and maintains strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and the broader community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
• Three to five years of recruitment experience emphasizing full-lifecycle recruiting, or healthcare-related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Knowledge of full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, employment law, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
• Working knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems and related technology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, the Internet, and online sourcing.
• Ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers and ensure service excellence across the hiring life cycle.
• Ability to maintain sufficient recruitment knowledge to be credible with staff at all levels.
• Ability to define creative recruitment strategies, thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and use personal organization.

• Experience in a healthcare environment, search firm or staffing agency, or an organization where human resources is strategically aligned to the core business.
