About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and sales-focused talent. The role partners with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract top talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience. The position is based in Chicago, IL, and is hybrid.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting background with a proven track record of placing sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or B2B environments.
• Strong sourcing, talent assessment, and candidate engagement expertise.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process orientation.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, CRM platforms, and other recruiting tools.
• Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
• Advise leaders on interviewing best practices, talent market trends, and offer strategies.
• Ensure a positive, inclusive, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain proactive communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Leverage recruiting technologies and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and results.
