About The Position

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join a high-performing recruiting team focused on attracting top Marketing talent. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, and play a key part in driving organizational growth by bringing exceptional talent into the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, or 5+ years of recruiting experience in lieu of a degree
  • Proven experience recruiting Marketing professionals
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing positions from intake through onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and align on talent needs
  • Conduct strategy meetings and act as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Source, screen, and present highly qualified candidates using modern recruiting tools and techniques
  • Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sourcing, Coordination, Onboarding, Compensation, and DE&I
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement
  • Track and maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill and time-to-start
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Participate in special projects related to employer branding, recruiting analytics, social media strategy, and process improvement
  • Manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
