About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server Assistant to join their team at Talavera, a signature Spanish steakhouse. This role is a key part of the restaurant team, responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality. The Server Assistant will deliver food and beverages, maintain table settings, and support seamless service throughout the restaurant. The ideal candidate is upbeat, service-minded, enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is a team player.

Requirements

• Previous Server Assistant experience required, with experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience, including water, bread, and butter service.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately while ensuring quality presentation and attentive service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and prepare tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, service stations, and support spaces.
• Support the team by refilling beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting colleagues to ensure seamless service.
