About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Supervisor in Denver, Colorado. The role involves assessing environments, anticipating risks, and responding appropriately. Physical ability is essential, as the supervisor will move throughout the shift and conduct extensive foot patrols in sensitive environments. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, on a Tuesday-through-Saturday overnight schedule from 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m., at $24.92 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have prior supervisory experience.
• Be able to perform extensive foot patrols.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to operate company vehicles.
• Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• Respond quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
