Table Games Floor Lead
About The Position
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is seeking a charismatic and sharp Table Games Floor Lead to oversee an assigned pit and help ensure games run smoothly and guests have an enjoyable experience. The role involves opening and closing the assigned area, maintaining secure and fair games, monitoring activity, promoting safety and procedural compliance, maintaining table-games chip inventory, and supporting dealers. The position also includes taking on other tasks that help keep casino operations running smoothly. The work takes place in a vibrant casino atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights. The successful candidate must be able to lead a gaming-floor area without direct supervisory authority over employees and obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a blend of education and relevant experience.
- At least one year of table-games dealing experience.
- Must know roulette.
- Ability to lead a gaming-floor area without direct supervisory authority over employees.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures for the assigned area.
- Inspect card decks to help ensure games are secure and fair.
- Monitor the pit and report suspicious activity.
- Ensure employees follow rules and report hazards.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of table-games chips.
- Ensure dealers follow proper procedures.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support casino operations.
