As a Dealer, the role involves providing professional guest service, conducting table transactions accurately, and safeguarding game assets like currency, chips, cards, and dice. The Dealer must also maintain open communication with other departments and superiors, foster positive relationships, and stay informed about company events and promotions to answer customer inquiries.
