About The Position

Tuscany Suites & Casino is seeking a Dual Rate Dealer / Floor Supervisor to oversee table games pit operations. This role involves working shifts as both a Table Games Dealer and a Table Games Floor Supervisor. As a Dealer, you will manage various casino table games according to established rules and policies. As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee all table games activity, ensure compliance with policies, support team members, and potentially deal games while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must be able to deal and supervise dice, roulette and card experience.
• Must have a valid NV Gaming Card.
• Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and promote a positive group working environment, work closely with other departments as necessary, support group decisions and display team spirit.
• Endurance to stand for extended periods.
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Dealing a variety of casino table games in strict accordance with the rules of the respective games and the Table Games Department policies and procedures.
• Supervising the activity of all table games, ensuring the gaming activity and dealing procedures comply with Table Games Department policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and supporting team members assigned to their areas.
• Conducting a variety of casino games; providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons.
