This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Table Games. The individual will deal cards, sell chips, pay customers, collect bets, and verify fills/credits. When acting as a Floor Supervisor, the role involves monitoring subordinate performance, approving and overseeing count table inventory, facilitating chip replenishment, supervising card issuance, instructing personnel on table assignments, handling guest complaints, and maintaining the integrity of Table Games. The Floor Supervisor also assists the Shift Manager with gaming operations and can perform duties assigned by the Shift Manager. When acting as a Dealer, the individual will perform all duties and responsibilities of a Poker and 21 Dealer. This position directly supervises dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including planning, assigning, and directing work; providing input on performance appraisals; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. A strong understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations is required for both roles.
