Responsible for the efficient operation of the Table Games, ensuring the pit is run according to policies, procedures, and IRGC gaming regulations. This role involves dealing assorted games such as blackjack, roulette, and/or craps to players, as well as supervising table games dealers. The supervisor is responsible for assigning dealers, assisting with training, meeting and greeting customers, resolving disputes, completing transactions, and ensuring Title 31 compliance. The dealer role involves dealing games smoothly, exchanging chips for currency, verifying fills and credits, and accurately collecting and paying wagers. Both roles require providing positive customer relations, ensuring honesty and integrity of table games, protecting company assets, reporting suspicious activity, and maintaining a consistent pace on assigned games.
