Table Games Dealer
About The Position
This role involves dealing live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations. The dealer will be responsible for shuffling and dealing cards, calculating card values, handling cash and chips, managing bets, and ensuring accurate payouts. Additionally, the dealer must maintain game integrity by notifying supervisors of any irregularities and provide excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to learn and deal multiple table games and perform other assigned duties. Requirements
- Ability to deal respective live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
- Ability to shuffle and deal cards accurately to customers.
- Ability to quickly and accurately calculate face value of cards.
- Ability to exchange cash for proper denominations of chips.
- Ability to pick up losing bets and cards from customer’s betting square.
- Ability to pay winning bets and place chips in appropriate betting square.
- Ability to complete any required forms, records, and documents.
- Ability to notify supervisor of any irregularities in the game, including play, possible gaming violations, personnel, or operational problems.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
- Ability to learn, deal, and rotate through multiple different table games (seated and standing).
