Table Games Dealer (Part-Time)
About The Position
This is a part-time position where the dealer will foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere. The dealer will enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The dealer will conduct assigned games accurately and at the pace established by the supervisor, ensuring the protection and integrity of assigned games, currency, chips, cards, dice, and all other applicable Company assets. The dealer will conduct table transactions, including payoffs, customer buy-ins, fills, and credits. - Manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
- Visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
