About The Position

As a Table Games Dealer at Luxor, you will create an energetic and memorable guest experience by expertly dealing games and providing outstanding service. The role requires strict adherence to gaming regulations and company policies to ensure a professional and secure environment. The starting rate is $12.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience dealing multiple table games and experience working in a similar resort setting required.

Responsibilities

• Deal one or more game types proficiently, including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, specialty games such as Poker, and variations.
• Protect, control, and verify the accuracy of fills, credits, openers/closers, and marker transactions; exchange cash or markers for chips accurately; collect losing bets, pay winning bets, and collect commission based on the game dealt.
• Communicate irregular play and game disputes verbally to supervisors or Table Games Managers.
• Notify a supervisor immediately of mistakes or claims and resolve them only as directed by the supervisor.
• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results, and other information required by each game's procedures.
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere at the game.
• Provide high-level service to guests, remain alert to their needs, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints within the scope of authority, and refer other matters to management.
• Notify a supervisor and/or Security about unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft.
