About The Position
The Table Games Trainee will learn to be a Table Games Dealer, starting with Blackjack. This is a paid training opportunity where participants will get paid while they learn. The training program is designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to become proficient table games dealers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21-years of age
- Must have GED or Diploma
- Must have two valid forms of ID when training starts
- Must be able to work Overnight Shifts after Graduating
- Awesome communication skills
Responsibilities
- Learn the knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures
- Learn how to deal games in accordance with internal controls and Maryland Lottery Gaming Control Commission regulations
- Learn to achieve Dealer efficiency metrics
- Learn how to protect and control of the game
- Learn how to exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets
