Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of dealing experience
- Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games (Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, energetic attitude and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Deal Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and more with confidence and precision
- Create a fun, engaging atmosphere while delivering top-notch guest service
- Manage wagers, pay out winnings, and keep games running smoothly
- Ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations
- Handle player questions and resolve issues with professionalism
