About The Position

To provide courteous, accurate, and efficient table games for guests. This role involves performing quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision, interacting professionally with team members, customers, and suppliers, and working effectively as a team contributor. The dealer must maintain strict confidentiality of privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer information, and adhere to all work rules, policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous blackjack dealing experience and / or completion of a formal blackjack training school required.
Must be at least 18.
Requires strong math skills.
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient table games for guests.
Exchange paper currency for playing chips.
Pay winnings or collect losing bets as established by the rules and procedures for the specific game.
Ensure that all players have placed their bets before play begins.
Inspect cards and equipment periodically to ensure that they are in good condition.
Calculate players’ winnings or losses.
Comply with Title 31 record keeping policies and procedures.
Become familiar with casino events and promotions to inform guests.
Comply with tip reporting procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
