Requirements

Proven experience as a table games dealer, specifically with Craps or similar casino games.
Strong mathematical aptitude and basic math skills for quick calculations during gameplay.
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Demonstrated conflict management abilities to handle disputes professionally.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards within the gaming industry.
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties responsibly.
Must possess strong guest service skills to create an engaging environment for players.

Prior casino experience is highly preferred; familiarity with casino operations is a plus.
