•$110,000 - $140,000

About The Position

ConferenceDirect is hiring a Systems Solutions Analyst for its Business Systems & Technology team in Folsom, California. The role bridges business teams and the technology supporting them by understanding how teams work, designing improved processes, and translating those processes into Salesforce and other technology solutions. It is hands-on: the analyst gathers requirements and writes specifications while also configuring Salesforce, including fields, page layouts, permission sets, and workflow automation. For larger projects, the analyst works with an outsourced development team to communicate business needs as technical requirements and verify that delivered solutions meet business needs. The analyst partners with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams; leads requirements sessions; maps current and future processes; and helps stakeholders prioritize requests and identify suitable tools. The role also involves Salesforce configuration and administration, coordination with development partners, testing and deployments, user support, documentation, training, and ongoing improvement of data quality and systems. Other duties may be assigned, and job duties may change. The position is based in Folsom, CA, is exempt, and offers compensation of $110,000 to $140,000 depending on experience and location.
