The Systems & Process Improvement Analyst provides analytical, facilitation, documentation, and implementation support for university-wide process improvement initiatives. Working within the Innovation Hub’s Systems & Process Improvement Center, the Analyst partners with faculty, staff, administrators, subject matter experts, project teams, and technology partners to understand how work is currently performed, identify opportunities for improvement, develop future-state processes, and support implementation of sustainable solutions. The position applies systems thinking, process analysis, data analysis, and continuous improvement methods to institutional operations. The Analyst examines the relationships among people, processes, policies, technology, data, organizational structures, and user experience to identify root causes and develop practical improvements. The position expands the University’s capacity to conduct systems and process improvement work. It operates under the strategic and methodological leadership of the Director of Systems & Process Improvement and works collaboratively with Innovation Hub project management, workplace training, change leadership, and technology partners.
