This position is responsible for providing administrative support including TAB Reports, Start-Up Reports, and Warranty Documents for the Systems Operations team. The role involves managing payroll entry, collecting and reviewing technician reports, processing timesheets, and documenting service calls and reports in the 360/IFS system. The specialist will also finalize and distribute Start-Up and Air Balance reports and warranty letters, and perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
