This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Technical Operations and, is responsible for providing support for applications and infrastructure in line with business service level agreements (SLAs). This position supports Field Operations and the Service Desk with hardware configuration and software deployments, and the point of sale system. Other duties as assigned.
