The Central Operations team is the operational backbone of the go-to-market organization, building and supporting systems, workflows, and processes for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams. As Nylas grows, the complexity of its business systems increases, and the Central Operations team partners across the company to improve workflows, maintain data, automate tasks, and ensure teams have the necessary tools. This role is for a Business Systems Operations Specialist to support and improve the operational systems behind the go-to-market organization, reporting to the Program Manager, Business Operations. The specialist will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product to maintain business systems, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration, with opportunities to leverage automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and scale processes.
