What Makes This Role Great: We are seeking a Trimble Field Systems Channel Operations Support Specialist who will be responsible for supporting a range of channel sales and administration activities to support the Field Systems business. The role will work closely with the Channel Operations Lead as well as the Field Systems business and their channel management teams to support day-to-day sales and dealer activities around ordering, fulfillment, and enablement. The role will also be responsible for actively following defined processes to ensure consistency and efficiencies for internal sales teams and the dealer channel. Key areas of focus for the role include current day-to-day activities as well as engaging in following future state processes to increase automation and reduce friction across ordering, fulfillment, and enablement processes.

Requirements

A solid understanding of Trimble’s ordering and fulfillment processes and policies
Solid written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate across the organization, including senior leadership

Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day support to sales and dealers for ordering.
Maintaining and providing solutions to incoming Salesforce cases.
Discount and trade-in approval management.
Trade-in process facilitation and tracking.
Credit hold communication & resolution support.
Key account transaction support as needed.
Direct customer transaction support as needed.
Any other channel ops requests that come in from dealers.
Managing discount approval requests from beginning to end and maintaining discount approval forms in the areas of pricing.
Working with dealers to resolve ordering issues that prevent timely booking & fulfillment.
Maintaining account and contact information related to business systems access.
Ongoing dealer account and contact data management.
New dealer and employee onboarding coordination.
Dealer termination and offboarding coordination.
