Systems Engineering Manager
About The Position
Provide SE/PM responsibilities for customer mission critical access system. This production system has a large user-base and interfaces with numerous mission and enterprise applications. The role includes the SE/PM responsibilities for both managing maintenance and critical updates to the legacy system while keeping the team on task to meet milestones for the development of a replacement system being built in Angular and Python within the customer AWS environment. The candidate should be very comfortable with JIRA and Confluence, agile program management, requirements definition, and testing. The SE also helps set the design direction, define milestones, and brief senior customer management.
Requirements
- Agile Development Management
- Jira/Confluence/Github
- SE/PM experience on customer applications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

- Oracle DBA skills
- LDAP management and query skills (389 DS or OpenLDAP)
- AWS EC2, S3, RDS (Oracle), ECS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ELB experience
- Python, FastAPI

- Java / Grails (legacy application support)
- Terraform
- Software Testing
- Requirements definition and documentation
- Experience with Customer A&A systems and processes
