About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to supervise and manage up to 10 SETA and SI direct reports supporting customer operational domains, including requirements management, governance, project management, readiness, and systems integration. The manager guides technical performance and execution of contractual requirements, oversees personnel matters, and develops and administers performance assessments, corporate objectives, and financial goals. The role also includes serving as an individual contributor on the program, providing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to an operational organization.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Poly-level clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 12 or more years of work experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Direct customer domain experience.
• Knowledge of specific customer policies, operations, and strategic plans within the customer domain.
• Demonstrated experience providing SE&I support to operationally focused customers.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in diverse capacities across the current portfolio of customers associated with the contract.
• Previous or current team lead or management responsibility for a team of up to 10 FTEs.
• Experience providing technical guidance to client organizations managing multiple highly technical projects or operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise up to 10 SETA and SI direct reports supporting customer operational domains such as requirements management, governance, project management, readiness, and systems integration.
• Manage hiring, discipline, performance reviews, and termination of personnel.
• Guide direct reports' technical performance and execution of contractual requirements.
• Develop and administer performance assessments, corporate objectives, and financial goals.
• Perform an individual-contributor role providing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to an operational organization.
