Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical member on projects that contain moderate to highly complex environments, utilizing high availability concepts.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Engineering team in the development of technical design solutions.
  • Capture, analyze, decompose and create requirements for infrastructure security systems, products and subsystems of moderate complexity.
  • Use an interdisciplinary approach, focusing on customer needs and business requirements, to design, develop, document, test and maintain network security systems ranging from the straightforward to moderately complex.
  • Conduct threat and vulnerability analysis, risk mitigation, information assurance, penetration testing.
  • Apply Security/Cybersecurity methodologies to network and systems design to provide secure services that support business requirements and ensure information security.
  • Provide post-fielding support, resolving operational issues involving L2 and L3, in a multi-routing network infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively onsite in our Annapolis, MD facility.
