About The Position

Join Client Missiles and Fire Control as a full-time Systems Engineer specializing in risk and opportunity management. This high-impact position is based in Grand Prairie, Texas, and supports program success through systems requirements and architecture expertise. The role uses a 4/10 Flex schedule and a hybrid work model, with onsite work in a classified lab environment required at least two days per week and up to two days of remote work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another STEM field.
Demonstrated experience managing risk and opportunity in technical programs.
At least 3 years of experience working with DOORS.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cameo.
Familiarity with system design concepts and tradeoff analysis.
Willingness and ability to work onsite as required in a classified setting.
Eligible to obtain a security clearance; a clearance is not required to start.

Advanced experience in systems architecture.
Experience supporting classified government programs.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the program risk management database, ensuring data integrity and current information.
Collaborate with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and program leads to identify and mitigate risks.
Implement risk and opportunity management strategies in support of program objectives.
Apply systems engineering principles, with a focus on requirements management and architectural integrity.
Use DOORS and Cameo to support system design, documentation, and trade studies.
Document, track, and communicate risk status to stakeholders to support decision-making.
Work onsite in a classified lab environment at least two days per week, with up to two days remote.
