About The Position

This position is only open to current employees supporting the FOMSS II Contract. Applications from individuals who are not currently incumbents on this contract will not be considered. The Systems Developer/Programmer is responsible for developing, programming, configuring, integrating, testing, and maintaining Building Automation Systems that support HVAC, utility systems, energy management, and facility operations. This position develops control sequences, graphics, databases, integrations, and software solutions to improve system reliability, efficiency, monitoring, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, configure, and maintain BAS applications supporting HVAC, central utility plants, and facility systems.
• Develop and modify control logic, sequences of operation, alarms, schedules, trends, and system graphics.
• Program and configure Tridium Niagara, Honeywell, BACnet, Modbus, and other BAS platforms and technologies.
• Develop and maintain BAS databases, points, tags, histories, alarms, schedules, and system configurations.
