ERP Systems Developer and Programmer

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced ERP Developer to join ETL Systems Canada and play a critical role in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our business-critical systems. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our highly customised 1C:Drive ERP platform, which underpins finance, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, and sales operations. You will also contribute to the development of Spectra, our Windows-based software application used to configure and monitor satellite communications equipment. This is a hands-on technical role offering the opportunity to work across software development, systems integration, databases, and enterprise infrastructure within a growing technology organisation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop, modify, integrate, test, and maintain custom functionality within the 1C:Drive ERP platform supporting finance, inventory, procurement, warehouse, manufacturing, and sales processes.
Design and support accounting automation, inventory costing, production tracking, operational reporting, and business process improvements.
Create and maintain integrations between ERP systems and third-party applications, databases, Microsoft 365 services, production equipment, and engineering systems.
Develop, test, and maintain Spectra, ETL’s desktop software application used to configure and monitor RF and satellite communications equipment.
Design and implement software features supporting serial, Ethernet, HTTP, and WebSocket communications.
Build and maintain management, financial, and operational reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
Develop diagnostic tools and reconciliation processes to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
Administer and optimise Microsoft SQL Server databases and support application server infrastructure.
Manage source control, software testing, deployment activities, and change management processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, procurement, production, warehouse, engineering, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and provide support for audits, compliance activities, and system reviews.
