About The Position

IBMC is assisting a fast-growing UK third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment group with hiring a Systems and Integrations Analyst. The client operates across multiple logistics divisions and connects sales channels—including Shopify, NetSuite, and marketplaces—with its Mintsoft warehouse management system (WMS) and global shipping carriers. The role is managed through IBMC and supports client onboarding and maintenance of the technology stack. The analyst owns the technical onboarding of new clients and carriers into the warehouse and order management environment. The role involves scoping, configuring, testing, and supporting API and webhook connections, SKU mapping, order-routing rules, and carrier-label integrations. The analyst also provides primary second-line technical support for system data queries, monitors error queues daily, and develops runbooks and policy documentation to support repeatable go-lives. The schedule is aligned with UK business hours, with a minimum core overlap of 09:00–17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday (evening/night in WIB).
