About The Position
Dewberry is seeking an experienced Manager, Business Systems and Integrations, to join its Information Technology Group in Fairfax, Virginia. The Manager will lead the team responsible for mission-critical business applications, systems integrations, and related data capabilities. The role oversees Cloud ERP and HCM, AI-native CRM, and other essential business platforms, ensuring reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Working with business stakeholders, the Manager translates business needs into scalable solutions and leads application modernization, process automation, and effective use of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence in platform modernization. The role also leads the Business Systems and Integrations team, oversees application lifecycles and integration services, and advances secure, reusable enterprise capabilities. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience supporting, managing, or maintaining large-scale enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM environments.
- At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams, application support teams, or enterprise technology functions, with demonstrated success developing technical talent and establishing accountability.
- Experience in enterprise application management, service delivery, and lifecycle processes, including operational standards, escalation management, and reliability improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder technology implementations, process improvement, and change management.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with modern project-management tools such as ClickUp, Planner, or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot in daily research, communication, documentation, analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Business Systems and Integrations team by setting priorities, responsibilities, performance expectations, and service standards, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
- Build team skills through cross-training, knowledge sharing, and professional development while balancing application support, strategic initiatives, and future capability needs.
- Apply Agile practices to prioritize work with business stakeholders, deliver incremental improvements, incorporate feedback, and support continuous delivery.
- Oversee enterprise application lifecycles; prioritize development and modernization; manage technical debt; and promote common platforms.
- Maintain reliable application and integration services through monitoring, documentation, support, escalation, and proactive resolution of recurring issues.
- Establish secure, scalable integration patterns, APIs, and standardized data exchanges that improve interoperability and reduce duplication.
- Ensure compliance with technology, security, data, and architecture standards across solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop practical roadmaps for legacy and high-risk systems, evaluate emerging technologies and cloud services, and advance reusable enterprise capabilities.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to strengthen data quality, governance, and security.
- Partner with the AI team to guide adoption of AI-enabled solutions, low-code tools, and workflow automation to improve business processes.
