About The Position

The Systems Analyst supports production systems and data analytics at HelloFresh’s production facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a fully onsite swing-shift position requiring the ability to work days and nights and provide coverage for scheduled shifts supporting 24/7 production operations. The role supports warehouse and order-processing systems across the fulfillment network, helps troubleshoot issues, and uses reporting and operational knowledge to improve visibility, performance, and processes. Some travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments.
• Efficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Google applications, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
• SQL experience.
• Experience gathering data and creating custom reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility and reliability to cover scheduled shifts supporting 24/7 production operations.
• Some travel required.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS, WES, WCS, and other order-processing systems within the fulfillment network.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS, WES, WCS, and other systems across operations as they occur.
• Understand available reporting tools and create reports that improve operational visibility and performance.
• Develop knowledge of site-level operations to drive and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Review operational setups and drive improvements through enhancements and functionality deployments.
• Serve as the production point of contact for system requests, including order research and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide all Level 1 support.
• Document support issues and resolutions.
• Create work instruction and SOP documents.
• Develop training materials for WMS, WES, and WCS.
