[US DC] Systems Analyst

About The Position

The Systems Analyst will join HelloFresh’s technology team at its production facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This fully onsite role supports production systems and data analytics across the fulfillment network, helping improve operational visibility, performance, and continuous improvement. The position works a swing shift and must be able to cover days and nights in support of 24/7 production operations. Some travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Google applications, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.
• SQL experience.
• Experience gathering data and creating custom reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility and reliability to cover scheduled shifts supporting 24/7 production operations.
• Some travel.

Nice To Haves

• A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS, WES, WCS, and other order-processing systems within the fulfillment network.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS, WES, WCS, and other systems across operations.
• Use available reporting tools and create reports that improve operational visibility and performance.
• Develop knowledge of site-level operations to drive and support continuous improvement.
• Review operational setups and drive improvements through enhancements and functionality deployments.
• Serve as the production point of contact for system requests, including order research and ad hoc reporting.
• Provide level 1 support.
• Document support issues and resolutions.
• Create work instructions and SOP documents.
• Develop training materials for WMS, WES, and WCS.
