About The Position

cFocus Software seeks a Systems Analyst to support a program for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This is an on-site position in Huntsville, Alabama, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Polygraph. The role analyzes and improves Enterprise GIS capabilities and geospatial processing workflows to meet FBI user and mission requirements.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of System Analysis experience.
• At least 5 years of experience working with operational and analytic personnel to configure dashboards, maps, layers, templates, and other geospatial workflows to meet mission needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze geospatial processing workflows, document findings, and recommend Enterprise GIS enhancements and changes to support user requirements.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing Enterprise GIS capabilities.
• Research solutions from industry and other government agencies to identify tools and processes that meet FBI users’ requirements.
• Interface with users to document and troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on optimal or alternate workflows for creating geospatial products.
• Assist with requirements gathering, workflow optimization, and alignment of platform capabilities with user goals.
• Work with operational and analytic personnel to configure dashboards, maps, layers, templates, and other geospatial workflows to meet mission needs.
