Responsibilities

• Work closely with lab customers to analyze workflows and department needs.
• Determine the application’s capabilities and work collaboratively with customers to establish best practices and implement solutions.
• Assess and prioritize break/fix issues, aiming to establish long-term scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Thoroughly analyze and test all resolutions and communicate updates with customers.
• Participate in routine system maintenance and quarterly upgrades.
• Review upgrade notes, participate in build tasks, review and update test scripts, and documentation and knowledge article creation.
• Participate in optimization projects, helping to establish scope of work and adhering to timelines.
• Share on call responsibility and facilitate workgroup meetings with the Beaker team.
