As a System Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, enforcing cybersecurity policies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Customer service mindset
  • Technical troubleshooting
  • Time management and multitasking
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Intermediate understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of common software applications (Microsoft 365, email systems, browsers)
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic hardware and network issues
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and user management
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access permissions
  • Document support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
  • Support basic network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN)
  • Perform routine system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees (equipment setup, account creation)
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records
  • Participate in IT and business projects as required
