About The Position

At PixMob, our technology lights up some of the world's biggest events. Behind every concert, sporting event, live production, and immersive experience is an incredible team that needs to be in the right place at the right time. We're looking for a Travel Coordinator who loves organizing as much as solving logistical puzzles. Your mission? Ensure our production teams, technicians, and collaborators can focus on creating unforgettable experiences while you orchestrate their travel plans with precision. This is a 6-month contract opportunity at the heart of the action, where no two days are ever the same.

Requirements

  • Education in tourism, travel management, business administration, or a related field (or an equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination, logistics, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, and a customer-service mindset.
  • Flexibility and availability to respond to occasional urgent travel situations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage flight, hotel, rental car, and ground transportation bookings for our teams around the world.
  • Identify the best travel options while respecting budgets and company travel policies.
  • Create and distribute clear, detailed, and easy-to-follow travel itineraries.
  • Ensure travelers have all the information they need before departure.
  • Work closely with the Travel & Immigration Specialist to coordinate complex tours, productions, and large-scale events.
  • Help solve logistical challenges and support special travel requirements.
  • Serve as a key point of contact with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, and other service providers.
  • Coordinate booking changes, updates, and cancellations as needed.
  • Assist with travel expense tracking and invoice management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems and databases.
  • Quickly identify solutions when delays, cancellations, or last-minute changes arise.
  • Stay calm under pressure and keep travel plans moving smoothly, no matter the challenge.
