System Administrator, Junior
About The Position
Resource Management Concepts, Inc. (RMC) is hiring a Junior System Administrator to support their customer at NSWC Dahlgren. The selected applicant will work with a team of highly talented individuals supporting a robust DoD Hosting environment. This role involves providing Tier 2 and 3 Web Application support, supporting System Integration in an RDT&E environment, patching and maintaining various software applications, and ensuring configuration control procedures are followed. The administrator will troubleshoot issues across multiple environments including SharePoint, IIS, SQL, OS, and Network.
Requirements
- Two to three (2-3) years of systems administration experience in Windows and or Linux environments.
- Experience with Jira Service Management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- An Interim DoD secret security clearance is required to start.
- Applicant must be able to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PowerBi and SSRS preferred.
