About The Position

Our client is a rapidly scaling fintech company delivering a robust payment gateway and card processing solutions for merchants worldwide. Their platform enables global payment acceptance, flexible pay-in and pay-out flows, and tailored settlement processes. As a Junior/Middle System Administrator, you will support the company’s internal IT infrastructure and help ensure employees have everything they need to work efficiently. The role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks, user support, and basic system administration.

Requirements

• Basic experience in System Administration or IT Support
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, VPN)
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Familiarity with user accounts and access management
• Ability to handle routine tasks and troubleshoot common issues
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Clear and effective communication across technical and business teams
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Ownership mentality with a proactive attitude

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Basic scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage user accounts (email, internal systems, access rights)
• Grant, update, and revoke access permissions
• Register and manage domains, issue and renew SSL certificates
• Set up and maintain basic connectivity (VPN, RDP, etc.)
• Support employee work environments (laptops, software, access)
• Install and configure internal tools and services
• Troubleshoot common system, network, and hardware issues
• Maintain simple documentation for configurations and processes
